Fee Structure:
The fee structure has been designed to give students a choice of options when paying for their course.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The fees published below are current at the time of writing. Fees are reviewed anually, in October of each year, in line with the City & Guilds annual fee review.
Level 1 courses -
City & Guilds Level 1, 7716-07 Sugar Modelling
There are six modules to this course and registration is current for 1 year from the date of enrolment:
Option 1:
Purchase the complete course plus City & Guilds Registration

Option 2:
Purchase the two compulsory modules (Module 1 and Module 2) plus City & Guilds Registration

Purchase the remaining four modules (Modules 3, 4, 5 and 6)

Option 3:
Purchase the two compulsory modules (Module 1 and Module 2) plus City & Guilds Registration

City & Guilds Level 1, 7716-10 Confectionery:
There are six modules to this course and registration is current for 1 year from the date of enrolment:

Level 2 Courses -
City & Guilds Level 2, 7112 Sugar Decoration:
There are 5 Awards (single module) and 1 Certificate (comprising 4 modules) in this qualification and registration is current for 2 years from the date of enrolment. Modules available:
Module 1 - Design (mandatory if enrolling on Option 1, Full Level 2 Certificate)
Module 2 - Creative Work with Sugar Mediums (mandatory if enrolling on Option 1, Full Level 2 Certificate)
Module 3 - Modelling with Marzipan
Module 4 - Working with Sugarpaste
Module 5 - Working with Royal Icing
Option 1
Full Level 2 Certificate - purchase 4 Modules plus City & Guilds Registration.
Total Cost: £400.00
Option 2
Single Award Certificate - purchase 1 Module plus City & Guilds Registration.
Total Cost: £120.00
NOTE: Students enrolling on a Single Award module should be aware that subsequent transfer to the Full Level 2 Certificate will incur additional City & Guilds registration charges.
Payment will be accepted in pounds sterling only. Enquiries regarding payment in alternative currencies should be directed to enquiries@sugarcraftonline.co.uk for details of additional bank charges and timescales involved.
Enrolment Process:
There are three stages to this process:
- Complete an Initial Assessment. This is a simple process, for first time enrolees, designed to ensure we have adequate electronic communication before you embark on your course. To commence your Initial Assessment contact enquiries@sugarcraftonline.co.uk.
- On successful completion of the Initial Assessment, or if you have already completed a Sugarcraft Online course, fill in an Enrolment Form. The Enrolment Form will be e-mailed to you as a Microsoft Word document. You will be required to send a hard copy to Sugarcraft Online which you have signed to agree with the terms and conditions.
- Select your payment option and return the Enrolment Form and payment to Sugarcraft Online (address on the Enrolment Form).
