Sugarcraft Online is fully approved by City and Guilds to offer Sugarcraft courses.
Sugarcraft Online will keep all assessment work safe throughout the duration of the candidate involvement and will delete student work and records after a period of three years from the completion of the course.
Under normal circumstances Sugarcraft Online will respond as quickly as possible to an enquiry or with assessment feedback. In extraordinary circumstances, for example periods of annual leave, response is guaranteed within a maximum of 21 days of receiving the correspondence.
Sugarcraft Online can not be held responsible for inappropriate actions made by a candidate when completing required work for the course. Health and Safety advice and guidance is given by Sugarcraft Online, therefore, no responsibility can be accepted by Sugarcraft Online for any accident or injury sustained when a candidate is working on course work.
Candidates understand that until payment is made and cleared through the receiving bank they cannot be enrolled or registered with the awarding body. Candidates can only access the course content once payment has been made and a unique username supplied to them by Sugarcraft Online.
Sugarcraft Online would like from time to time to reproduce student work in the gallery on the website and in promotional material. Students will indicate their choice on the Enrolment Form.
Sugarcraft Online reserves the right to refuse enrolment to any prospective candidate.
Sugarcraft Online expects courteous communication by E-mail at all times.
Sugarcraft Online can not be held responsible for any virus transferred by E-mail. Sugarcraft Online will ensure their system is protected with adequate anti virus software. Students will be expected to similarly protect their own system.
The unique username allowing access to course must not be shared with third parties. All course content is the innovative property of Sugarcraft Online and is not to be copied or distributed in any form. Sugarcraft Online holds the right to change information or requirements of the course as necessary. By doing so this will keep the content current, authentic and valid

Fees are published on the website on the Fees and Enrolment page. Fees are monitored on a regular basis and are subject to change at the discretion of Sugarcraft Online. Students purchasing modules on an instalment basis should be aware that enrolment on and payment for the initial stage modules will not guarantee the fee for the remaining modules required to complete the course. Once enrolment and registration has taken place, no fees are refundable.
Enrolment on the 7722-05 and 7722-06 Design and Craft awards is valid for a period of one year from the date of enrolment. If the course has not been completed within this timeframe, re-enrolment will be necessary.

Sugarcraft Online cannot be held responsible for the content of websites listed as links from the Sugarcraft Online site.
City & Guilds Certification is only awarded on the satisfactory completion of the entire course; awarding of part certification is not available. External Verification is part of the awarding process which will require accessing of student files by an appointed representative of City & Guilds.
When candidates complete and sign the Enrolment Form they will acknowledge that they have read these terms and conditions and will abide by them.
